Primary contact name, business email, phone, and registered address
Company website and basic company size information
Primary organic product categories and minimum order quantity in kg
Typical lead time: 1-7, 8-15, 16-30, or 30+ days
Organic certifications held: USDA, EU, JAS, China, or other national certification
Certification number, expiry date, and PDF/JPG/PNG certificate documents
